In 2023, braking technology company Brembo continued to stand out as one of the leading companies in addressing climate change and water security. This has included formal acknowledgement by CDP for the year as a global leader in its efforts, achieving an A- rating in both categories.

CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project) is a global non-profit organisation that runs the world’s environmental disclosure system for companies, cities, states and regions. Its annual analysis is widely recognized as the global benchmark for transparency and environmental action by companies.

In 2023, CDP raised the bar for its analysis, assigning scores ranging from the lowest "D" to the highest "A" to over 21,000 companies based on information reported through its climate change, deforestation and water security questionnaires.

Through its actions and policies throughout the year, Brembo was able to achieve the highest A rating for both addressing climate change and water security.
