Laser Tools has introduced a magnetic oil-drain storage station that provides a clean, tidy and convenient method to store the Laser Tools oil funnel kit after use.

The Laser Tools oil funnel kit (part number 7980) is a popular and very useful set of oil filler caps that, combined with the 1.1 litre bottle-type funnel offers spill-free oil filling in the professional vehicle workshop. The new magnetic oil-drain storage station (part number 9113)  is an innovative solution that offers a clean and convenient way to store funnel components while allowing any excess oil to drain safely into a standard 1 litre oil bottle.

The drain station can be securely attached to the side of a tool chest, roll cab or two-post lift using built-in magnets, or mounted on non-metallic surfaces with pre-drilled screw holes. It combines practicality with convenience and is available on its own (part number 9113) or complete with the oil funnel kit (part number 9120).

The oil funnel kit features nine filler adaptor caps that fit specific engines: Toyota, Lexus, (yellow cap); Honda, Nissan (green cap); Subaru (red cap); Volvo, Ford, Mazda (light blue cap); Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VAG (maroon cap); Toyota (orange cap); Mazda (grey cap); Audi, VAG (brown cap); Kia, Hyundai (dark blue cap). The technician simply removes the existing engine oil filler cap and fits the suitable adaptor cap in its place. The funnel can then be fitted to the adaptor for hands-free, spill-free operation. There is also an angled adaptor included for use when space is limited, which also doubles up as the drain spout when the bottle-funnel is mounted in the drain station.

The oil funnel kit combined with the magnetic storage station provides an efficient solution for workshop engine oil filling and is available now from your Laser Tools stockists.
