There was a good turnout of technicians and garage owners at the first

MechanExpert technical roadshow in Belfast on Tuesday evening. Letterkenny tonight and Galway tomorrow Thursday will round of this unique roadshow event, which is aimed directly at the independent garage. 

These unique free to attend events have been organised by MechanExpert, the online information and training resource, and feature technical teams from leading component suppliers, providing talks, demonstration and answers to technical questions. The events are designed to help independent garages improve their technical knowledge and skills and provide them with the confidence to tackle ever more complex repairs.

The first roadshow, held in the impressive workshop facilities of the Northern Regional College in Newtownabbey, featured leading premium aftermarket components specialists such as, Bosch, Gates, Kilen,Comma Lubricants, MANN+HUMMEL, KYB, APEC, and  Schaeffler, with its LuK, INA and FAG brands.

As well as technical talks and a chance to meet the experts, there were also refreshments, competitions and the chance to set the fastest time in an F1 simulator.

The roadshow crew now move on to Letterkenny tonight (Wednesday November  2nd) were a further show will take place between 5PM and 9PM at the Clanree Hotel, Derry Road. They will then move on to Galway on Thursday (November 3rd) where the venue is the Westwood House Hotel, Dangan, Newcastle, in Galway City.
