The Tool Connection team were out in force at Automechanika Frankfurt, dealing with a constant flow of visitors, looking to see the very latest innovations in the Laser Tools, Power-TEC, and Connect Workshop Consumables ranges.
On the Laser Tools side, the impressive stand had a particular focus on Electric Vehicles and the associated service, repair, and workshop safety requirements. This included a wide range of insulated hand tools, digital testers, safety and protection equipment and a specialist range of tools designed for use on Tesla vehicles.
Visitors were also able to gain an insight into the design and engineering capabilities of the Eldon Engineering manufacturing facility in Sheffield, which allows Laser Tools to react quickly to market needs and produce specialist tools, designed to solve problems that independent garages are encountering.
Prime examples of this are engine timing tools and suspension bush tools, with a particular highlight at the show being the 8824 & 8900 Engine Timing Kits, designed for VW Group 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6 TSi petrol-engine vehicles. These innovative kits have already become a game changer for garages, service centres, and VW Group specialists.
Also on the stand, Power-TEC presented its latest advancements in PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) and Glue-Pull dent repair equipment, designed for efficient and cost-effective bodywork repair.
Meanwhile the latest innovations from the Connect Workshop Consumables range were also on display, especially highlighting how this can offer a huge range of specialist clips and fixing that can offer big saving over dealer sourced items.
