Door handles can give a surprising amount of trouble on certain models, with issues often more common in winter. Parts specialist febi offers a comprehensive range of replacement door handles in OE quality at competitive prices. These are also often far more readily available than dealer alternative.

Two particular handles identified as being in high demand at present are:

febi 188400 L & febi 192725 R, Outer Door Handle Chrome, without Lock, to fit: Fiat 500 (2007 on), Abarth 500 (2008 on). This is a common failing part on older models. The febiPLUS range offers outer Door Handles and joints for the Fiat and Abarth 500. The joint is part number febi 170597.

febi 188576 LH & febi 192802 RH, Inner Door Handle, to fit: Opel / Vauxhall Corsa D 2006 to 2014. Here the interior door handle is a hinge that is connected to the door catch by means of a Bowden cable; pulling the door handle tensions the cable and releases the door catch. While it is very rare for the handle to break, they do suffer from the plating wearing away and leaving sharp edges that can cause cuts to the hand. Technicians can restore a Corsa D´s interior by replacing the worn inner door handle with a febiPLUS OE-matching replacement part.
