Blackhawk is a name synonymous with quality bodyshop equipment and the highly recognisable red and black equipment brand is the preferred choice of many of Ireland’s leading repairers.
The company has been assisting bodyshops in the completion of effective, efficient and safe repairs for over 90 years. During this time it has been a true innovator in its field and was responsible for the development of the first hydraulic ram, the Porto Power, in 1929 and the very first Dozer in 1949. Since then Blackhawk has continued to innovate, developing repair, straightening and measuring solutions in line with fast developing automotive technology. This has included the development of the P188 measuring system, the very first mechanical system to measure the vehicle chassis to the nearest millimetre and the Shark, the first ultrasonic computerised measuring system.
As bodyshop requirements have evolved, so has the Blackhawk range, focusing on the need to improve repair times and offer space saving and flexible repair equipment such as the Korek floor system.
Today the Blackhawk range covers; lifting systems, straightening systems, HD straightening systems, suitable for Commercial vehicle repair, measuring systems, Porto Power and hydraulic sets and welding and induction systems.
The product range is supported by an Irish based distributor able to offer sales, installation, maintenance and calibration services.
