As a rising tide lifts all boats, Mazda Ireland chiefs are excited by the size of their jump in market share.

A spokesperson for the brand told Autobiz, “I am sure you will agree, it has been a good month for the Motor Industry in Ireland as we see a much needed resurgence in new car sales. For Mazda Ireland, we are especially pleased to report a 45% increase in sales when compared with same period last year, outperforming the market by 12%.

“This is testament to the quality and attractiveness of our new generation products which has most recently been shown in the all-new Mazda3 which is first appeared at retail level toward the end December.

“We expect a steady and positive growth year for Mazda Ireland with an ambitious target of 40% YOY. We believe with the new generation product line up, retail development plans and the recent launch of an attractive finance programme, we will do just this.”
