Asian and American parts and tools specialist Blue Print has released details of two new products designed to save workshops time and cut costs. 

The Glow Plug Reamer (Part Number- ADG05511) cleans and removes carbon build up from the aperture without the need to remove the cylinder head when replacing glow plugs. Glow Plugs are often difficult to remove due to carbon build up in the aperture, which needs to be cleaned on every Glow Plug replacement. This is the best way to reduce the chance of premature failure and subsequent removal problems as well as the key for a professional and long lasting replacement.

Blue Print supplies a Glow Plug Reamer to suit engines using M10 x 1 and M10 x 1.25 threaded Glow Plugs. This is the perfect complement for the  Blue Print Glow Plug range of over 150 references which cover more than 1,700 Asian and American models all with a full 3 Year Warranty.

Blue Print has also introduced an Expansion Tank (Part Number – ADM59860) for the Mazda RX8. Surface deterioration of the coolant level float is a common problem on the RX8. This causes the float to absorb coolant and sink, which gives a ‘low coolant’ reading on the dashboard regardless of the actual level.

The float is not available separately so replacement with a complete Blue Print OEM quality expansion tank, which includes an up-rated float provides a cost effective, convenient and long lasting solution.
