Catalytic Converter Theft Protection from First Line

First Line has added anti-theft solutions for Catalytic Converters to its product range with the introduction of CATLOC devices.

The theft of catalytic converters has jumped by 50%, in recent years, with vehicles that have good ground clearance being particularly vulnerable because of the relatively easy access to these valuable components. To combat this serious problem CATLOC products are now available. These protect the CAT in one of two ways, either by securing to the CAT itself and linking to the vehicle through a bespoke method of attachment, or by shielding its most vulnerable area and denying easy access, thus preventing its removal.

First Line has an exclusive distribution agreement to supply the CATLOC range of 20 part references. Each CATLOC is engineered to maintain the vehicle’s performance characteristics, takes minutes to fit, comes with a 12-month warranty and includes comprehensive fitting instructions.
