Headline acquisition for TecAlliance
Share:

TecDoc’s parent company, TecAlliance, has recently acquired Headline Holdings BV, a specialist in original equipment product data and global vehicle parc information.

Shaun Greasley, General Manager of TecAlliance UK & Ireland says the acquisition will help to further  ensure the accurate identification of replacement parts, maintaining the quality of the data and the system’s infrastructure. He commented, “Combining the strengths of TecAlliance and Headline will allow this joint force to cement its place as the leading system provider of information systems and electronic solutions for the independent automotive aftermarket and to offer our clients the complete information chain encompassing vehicle, spare parts and repair and maintenance data.” He added, “As a result, users will have access to an information resource that allows the rapid identification of spare parts, to a single standard, across multiple brands and alongside comprehensive service and repair instructions, as well as the automated processing of business transactions, such as parts ordering and stock control. All of these options and opportunities, strengthening the competitiveness of the independent sector over the long-term, allowing them to secure their future in the face of the changing automotive landscape.”
