With automotive technicians now frequently working with hybrid and fully electric vehicles, Laser Tools is now offering Safety Boots that offer comfort, workshop safety and the added protection of an electrically insulated outer sole rated at EN ISO 50321, Class 0 — 1000V.

The boots, which also meet the standard of ASTM F2413-18 performance requirements for protective safety toe cap footwear without the use of metal, can be worn for every day workshop use, safe in the knowledge of high voltage protection if required. As well as being insulated, the high-performance rubber outer sole is slip-resistant and heat resistant to 300°C. The safety composite inner sole is puncture resistant, protecting the feet from sharp objects, while remaining lightweight and flexible with an anti-fatigue memory-foam insole maintaining comfort all day.

This automotive workshop safety footwear is available in sizes 7 to 12 from Laser Tool stockists.
