Toyota Ireland hosted its 2019 National Skills Contest at its training centre in its Dublin HQ recently, with this year the prestigious event featuring a Service Advisor category for the first time.

Gary Duggan from Kelly’s Sales and Service Letterkenny fought off some strong competition to be named Toyota Service Advisor following a series of tests and activities focused on delivering the highest levels of customer service.

Colin O’Reilly from Brian Geary Car Sales in Limerick was named Toyota Technician of the Year 2019, coming out on top of an initial entry of 20 high quality technicians from across the Toyota Ireland dealer network. This award was judged on online aptitude and practical skills assessment before 5 shortlisted candidates were put through their paces in training school tests.
