MAHLE has announced that the packaging on its Behr Thermot-tronik thermostats will now carry MAHLE branding on all new products.

The move follows the acquisition of the majority share in Behr by MAHLE IN September last year. This created a new MAHLE Behr GmbH company as part of the global MAHLE Group.

New packaging will carry the MAHLE Aftermarket design, giving customers instant recognition of the Group’s aftermarket product and service quality.

The highly respected Behr Thermot-tronik thermostats have been distributed by MAHLE Aftermarket since November 2012. The range features comprehensive market coverage, with products in original equipment quality, and is continually adjusted to meet latest market requirements. For example, the extensive product range of thermostats now includes thermostat inserts, housing thermostats, map-controlled thermostats, thermal switches, and numerous complementary products for passenger cars as well as light and heavy commercial vehicles.

Behr Thermot-tronik is a long-standing development partner and series supplier to the international automotive industry, and is one of the leading manufacturers of thermostats and temperature regulation systems for automotive and industrial applications.
