Induction Innovations were the original inventors of handheld induction heating tools and equipment for the automotive aftermarket and today remain at the forefront of this field.

The family-owned and operated manufacturer of high-performance induction heaters was founded by a collision repair technician who realised that by using high-frequency magnetic fields, flameless heating tools could solve problems and save time and money.

Since then the tools have been helping workshops to easily remove adhesives bonded to metal, fasteners bonded with thread lock compound, seized or corroded parts, auto glass, body mouldings, spray-on bedliners, graphics and more.

The tools mean more automotive parts can be salvaged and reused using a process that reduces time by as much as 75%, while eliminating the need for expensive toxic solvents.

Using an open flamed torch to remove parts can be dangerous and cause surrounding damage, so for reasons of time, safety and profitability more and more automotive workshops are turning to induction heating tools.

The Mini-Ductor Venom is the third generation in the Mini-Ductor series of handheld induction tools. It heats up ferrous metals in seconds and releases them from corrosion or thread lock compounds without the dangers caused by open flames. It reduces labour times, allows the user to save or re-use parts normally discarded in the repair process and reduces the need for consumables.

The angled pistol-grip design, along with bendable coils, allow the technician to access tight spaces where torches cannot go, making the repair process easier and quicker.

The Mini-Ductor Venom has a multitude of uses such as removing lug nuts, bearings, exhaust manifold bolts, O2 sensors, tie-rod ends, vinyl graphics and many more. It offers a 220-volt circuit power line with a maximum output of 1000 watts. It features easy lock coils and an LED usage indicator light and LED user-controlled work light. The Venom also features fan operation enhancements and comes with a two-year warranty.

The Venom comes with a carry case and three different flexible coils: the 7/8” pre-formed coil, the U-form coil and bearing buddy coil.
