Stanners Equipment Ltd has announced that it will be demonstrating the new i-Range of induction heating units at the Commercial Vehicle Show, taking place at the NEC Birmingham, from April 29th to May 1st.

The Stanners i-Range offers advanced technology that can provide a safe, localised cold heat source capable of taking cold steel to 800°C in less than three seconds. The liquid cooled, single and three phase units are brand new to the market and are designed for mechanical heat expansion applications without damaging surrounding areas on the vehicle. They eliminate the need of having explosive gas on site reducing insurance costs and health safety risk assessments.

The Stanners i-Range has three models to meet all requirements:
  • The i4: Single phase machine, great for the mobile worker and small automotive garages.
  • The i10:  3-Phase machine perfect for light commercial use and larger workshops
  • The i12:  3-Phase machine ideal for heavy commercial use and industrial application.
All units are also upgradeable via USB for new software releases.

Stanners Equipment will be in Hall 3a; Shell Scheme stand number 3E84 at the show.
