A car sponsored by J&S Automotive and decked out in the colours of Exide Batteries is taking part in a unique motor sport event over the coming days.

The Wacky Rally is billed as an event for personalised older vehicles, which includes weird and wonderful creations such as a Batmobile and a pirate ship. It is a four day challenge which starts in Northern France and takes in some of Europe’s most stunning scenery, including the Alps, before the finish in Barcelona.

The Rally is a fun event which is not a race but a chance for like minded people to come together and take part in a fantastic road trip. Many of the teams also raise huge amounts for charity.

The Exide J&S Saab will be driven across Europe by a team that includes J&S staff member Chris Hall.
