Heading to the continent this weekend is former Motorsport Ireland young Rally Driver of the Year, Stephen Wright.

The Monaghan driver has struck a deal with Belgian co-driver Eddy Smeets who will partner Stephen for the Sezoens Rally in Belgium. Wright spent much of last season competing in Belgium and this will be his first continental venture of the 2015 season in his Ford Fiesta R5.

Although Stephen made the trip to Belgium on 6 occasions last year, this will be his first attempt at the Sezoens Rally. The event features 15 stages in a single day and with 28% of the event being held on gravel.
