Key Responsibilities:
My responsibilities are very wide ranging – from an MD perspective it’s my job to make sure business runs smoothly and we’re always delivering the highest level of support to our customers. One of my other key areas of focus however is in a bodyshop consultancy capacity, providing key account management services to bodyshops, and OEMs. For me it’s all about working closely with customers and developing individual bodyshop specific solutions.

Favourite part of your job:
Without doubt, meeting people. That’s why I enjoy being part of AkzoNobel – we have a very partnership focused approach to business. It’s not the old fashioned customer/supplier relationship, it’s about working with people and that’s what I love – seeing customer businesses grow and being part of a team that had some small part in their successful development. Over the years I’ve developed good relationships and even friendships with our customers.
