In a recent survey, it was revealed that air conditioning is the most valued built-in vehicle feature, with 81% saying it is essential.

With so many added extras and built-in features available for vehicles today, it is important for buyers and equally for sellers, to know which extras add the most value.

However, when drivers were asked when they last had their air conditioning serviced, the percentage was as low as 7.5%. In fact, most drivers were unaware that the air conditioning system, which they so highly valued, required servicing.

Those surveyed commented that garages failed to mention air conditioning when cars were left in for service.
