Activant Solutions has introduced an extensive new package of services for customers throughout the UK and Ireland.


The new Activant Advantage Support programme, available at no additional cost to current subscribers to the company’s support and/or MasterCat data services, provides live telephone answering for inbound support calls, Saturday telephone emergency support, a highly skilled Activant support specialist for customers, and a loyalty program that will provide new benefits to customers who extend their support subscriptions.

Activant is also finalising plans to announce a variety of new product development initiatives in support of its MasterCat automotive eCatalogue.

In addition to expanded Advice Line support, Activant customers now can also take advantage of a comprehensive, user-friendly web-based self-service portal, for creating support requests and finding solutions.
