AkzoNobel’s Vehicle Refinishes business has launched a brand new Sikkens website to meet the digital needs of its customers.

The launch of the new website offers cusotmers quick and easy access to product information, technical data and material safety sheets. Customers can also access colour information and tools and experience the new website on their desktop, tablet or smartphone, wherever they are.

Tsjip Boersma, Marketing Director Automotive and Specialty Coatings at AkzoNobel commented, “As well as giving the website a fresh look and feel, we have equipped it with an intuitive and responsive functionality that will enhance the user experience on any device. Navigation has been improved to bring visitors the information they need very quickly, with a minimum number of clicks. We present clear and quick links on the home page, taking users directly to the most popular and relevant sections with information important to them.”

The development of the new website is part of a continuous Sikkens brand refreshment campaign which has the tagline ‘Creating Together’, which underlines Sikkens’ commitment to working closely with its customers, partners and stakeholders.

Tsjip Boersma explains: “We want our ‘Creating Together’ message to be seen, heard and felt throughout the market, and an effective website is vital to achieving this. We are also using the website to show customers how we can support them with our colour leadership, colour tools and Colorvation platform.”
