With the Drogheda Motor Show, Brand New Drive 142 arriving at The Irish Maritime Festival this coming Friday, dealers across Drogheda have been busy getting ready.
Over 150 litres of car wax, 100 litres of window cleaning spray, 10 vacuum cleaners, 40 sponges and 10 buckets not to mention the oodles of car shampoo have all been used to get the cars ready for this week's Drogheda Motor Show.
The theme of the event is 'Keys on the Quay' and the dealers of Drogheda are determined to deliver a showcase that shines.
Parking up along the quay of the River Boyne will be over 50 new cars from 9 different brands. The brands showcasing their cars with 142 reg plates include Volkswagen, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Kia, Citroen, Opel and Skoda.
The Drogheda Motor Show is a showcase of the most up-to-date models on the market. Buyers and browsers can look at, sit in, smell and experience the features of a variety of different new 142 reg cars in the size that interests them.
“It's exciting to be involved with such a great festival. The people of Drogheda will be offered plenty this year and we hope everyone comes on down and supports all the local businesses that are involved. “ said Simon McCormack, Western Motors (Volkswagen and Skoda).
Brand New Drive 142, the only award-winning motor show in the country, offers buyers the chance to get expert advice on car features, ideal family cars, travel, energy consumption and much more. It is the ideal place to visit if you're thinking about or considering buying a new car.
With the 142 registration plate coming out in July, there will be superb finance offers available on the weekend.
“Even if you're just considering a new car, we'd say to you to come down to the motor show. Meet the dealers, have a chat, learn more about the car that you want and get advice. Everyone is here to help you make the right decision. It's summertime, it's by the water, the cars smell and look great, come on down. ” said John Malone, Malones Garage (Toyota)
The premium sponsor of the Show is First Citizen Finance, a wholly owned Irish company that launched in the Irish Market in February 2014 and offers a suite of products for Consumers and Non-Consumers including Hire Purchase and Leasing. It offers flexible finance solutions that are available across new and used vehicles.
