Insurance provider Allianz has announced that it has signed up to Audatex’s claims management solution, AudaEnterpriseGold (AEG).

The move comes as technology and data provider for the insurance industry, Audatex, is embarking on an expansion plan in Ireland as part of its continuing efforts to support both insurers and bodyshops.

Pat Tobin, claims provider manager at Allianz commented, “Allianz uses Audatex in most of its international markets, including Northern Ireland, where we have received very positive feedback from both engineers and repairers. We are pleased to be now implementing AEG for the remainder of our Irish business and we look forward to the advantages that this synergy will bring. Audatex has been very supportive through this whole process, resulting in a seamless migration from our existing system.”

Audatex say that for insurers AEG offers unlimited multi-user access to assessment data that can be viewed and shared in real-time across the organisation, enabling work to be moved easily between teams, and resources to be managed more effectively.

For bodyshops, AEG ensures rapid authorisations thanks to enhanced communication between repairers, engineers and all other parties. A permanent connection from the client to the server makes assessments and images instantly available, making processes more efficient. Also, because the service is fully protected within one system it also makes for a much more secure digital work environment.

Tom Hart, senior national account manager at Audatex said, “We are thrilled to be providing AEG to Allianz Ireland. We’ve always had a strong relationship with the company, and the team’s feedback has helped us to build better and stronger solutions to support the industry’s needs. Ireland is a hugely important market for us and we are looking to continue to build relationships across the insurance sector here. Getting Allianz on-board is another huge step forward for us in achieving that.”
