To assist bodyshops achieve faster cycle times on water based paint, Vinny Byrne now has in stock, Aquaflo Air Circulation Towers. These free standing units can be retro-fitted to any paint spraybooth and once in place, provide additional airflow, which can be directed at painted panels to speed up drying times on waterbased finishes.

 
The significantly faster flash off times between coats achieved with Aquaflo, means dramatically reduced overall cycle times, saving on labour and booth operating costs. The units also offer accelerated cure times during the baking cycle for solvent borne finishes.

Aquaflo drying towers are ATEX compliant and come as a complete easy to install retro-fit kit. The kit consists of 4 corner blower units, each with 4 individual adjustable nozzles, an electrical control box with independent on/off switches, 5-10m wire lines for each unit, 4 air cycle fans, 4 sets of filter frames and 4-10 micron filters.
