The MAN TGE 2.0 Diesel has become a popular choice for Irish businesses, when it comes to larger panel vans in recent years. It is the first LCV made by MAN, which is better known for its larger trucks. MAN is part of the Volkswagen Group, so if you think the TGE looks familiar, it is probably because it shares the same platform and is made in the same factory as the higher profile Volkswagen Crafter.

The TGE has proven especially popular with many fleet operators, who have had a positive experience with MAN trucks and because it has been sold in Ireland for some eight years, many examples are now being serviced and repaired in the independent aftermarket.

Recognising this, bilstein group has assembled an impressive range of replacement TGE components under it febi and Blue Print brands. This includes all of the required normal service items such as filters, pads and discs, but also many other parts that have been identified as needing replacement in higher mileage version of the van. These include; TVD Crankshaft Pulley, Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump, EGR Module, Thermostat with Sealing Ring, Timing Belt Tensioner, Oil Filter Housing Cap with Sealing Ring and Flexible Disc Kit for Propshaft with Centre Bush. There are also steering and suspension parts, which reflect the tough jobs these vans do such as Strut Mountings and Control Arm Bush Kits.

febi and Blue Print components for the MAN TGE 2.0 Diesel 2016 on, are available from stockists nationwide.
