Audi Ireland has announced a new Audi dealership for Sligo, scheduled to open at the end of the year. Audi Sligo will be owned and operated by Kevin & Neil Connolly, who have invested €5 million in the dealership which hopes to create 20 new jobs in the Sligo region.


This is major part of a five year investment plan by Audi in Ireland which highlights the company’s drive to become the number one prestige car brand in Ireland by 2015.  Audi is undertaking a comprehensive restructuring of their franchise retail network, with a collective investment of €80 million over the next three years, with 10 dedicated Audi dealerships servicing the whole country.

Andrew Doyle, Managing Director, Audi Ireland said, “We are very pleased to announce our plans for Audi Sligo as this is an important market area and the staff here will deliver a top class service to our customers.”

Kevin Connolly, Dealer Principal, said, “Our family has been in the motor business since 1939 and my brother Neil and I are third generation. We will be investing significantly in the coming months to establish Audi Sligo as a successful operation.”
