The countdown to the opening of Automechanika Birmingham 2017 is on, with online registration for the UK’s leading exhibition for the automotive aftermarket and supply chain available from January at www.automechanika-birmingham.com.

After the success of the 2016 exhibition the 2017 event will be much larger hosting over 750 exhibitors at the NEC, from 6 to 8 June. A who’s who of the industry is already signed up, including; Schaeffler, ZF, HELLA, Valeo, Liqui Moly, Denso, Delphi, NGK Spark Plugs, Draper Tools, Yuasa, MANN + HUMMEL, DeVilbiss, Bilstein, Wix, Texa, Bosch and many more.

The organisers say that for the 2017 event, there will be an improved layout to help visitors locate exhibitors with Aftermarket and Supply Chain zones in separated halls.

A compelling event programme will offer three seminar theatres, SMMT networking events and live technical demonstrations. The Aftermarket theatre, Technical Workshop theatre and Supply Chain seminar theatre will see inspiring talks from influential industry speakers.

Simon Albert, Event Director said "After the amazing success of the 2016 show and the fact that exhibitor bookings are already 40% bigger than last year, we are really excited about the 2017 event. With registration live from January, we recommend prospective visitors to register then to ensure they receive all important show updates as well as to book any travel or accommodation early for good deals and availability”.

Those wishing to make the quick and easy trip to the NEC from Ireland can register at www.automechanika-birmingham.com from January.
