AutoMester Ireland has announced that it will be holding a special AutoMester Conference to coincide with the SIMI Trade Expo, which takes place at Dublin’s Red Cow Moran Hotel on October 22nd.

The AutoMester Conference will take place from 2pm - 9pm in the Red Cow on October 22nd. On the day there will also be a chance for those attending to win a 1 day training course at the HELLA training Academy for one lucky garage. The event will provide an opportunity for garage operators to meet the AutoMester team, to speak with garages that are already part of the AutoMester network and to see first-hand the benefits that the AutoMester concept can offer a progressive motor trade business.

AutoMester is very much a member driven network and it was at a member conference in July, that a decision was taken to hold this open meeting for interested garages. The idea is to provide an opportunity to meet garage operators who have already joined AutoMester, find out about their experiences and what they have got out of being part of this fast growing network.

On the day, as well as meeting members, the AutoMester team will also be on hand to present the concept. There will be demonstrations of the AutoMester management software, including live demos of the on-line ordering and product and technical information systems and information on the very successful AutoMester training initiatives, which are run by the HELLA Training Academy. There will also be a chance to view the comprehensive marketing support tools on offer from AutoMester. These include regular marketing campaigns such as the topical "Back to School” campaign, which uses free gifts to encourage motorist to go to an AutoMester garage for a free vehicle check before another term of school runs gets underway.

Speaking about the conference, Alan Duffy of AutoMester says, "The feedback we are getting from the market place indicates that more and more independent garages are now looking to be part of something bigger, to meet the challenges of a changing market. AutoMester means they can stay independent and get all the benefits of being part of a bigger network in terms of business support tools, marketing and vital access to technical information.” He adds, "This event will provide interested garages with an opportunity to talk to similar businesses that have already joined AutoMester and get a full understanding of what the network can offer their business.”
