In recognition of its commitment to high-quality customer service, Mirka has been nominated as a UK national finalist for the Institute of Customer Service’s Customer Commitment Award.  The award recognises customer service excellence demonstrated by businesses and the winner will be announced at the 2018 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards ceremony on 6 March 2018 at the London Hilton Park Lane. 

The judges selected Mirka as one of the 10 finalists, as it differentiated itself from the competition by having a strong commitment to a customer oriented culture within the business and demonstrated its ability to provide consistent customer service excellence.
