Ayce Systems, a leader in the supply of smart repair solutions, alloy wheel repair systems, consumables and training will be launching an all new, all-in-one, CNC Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Lathe at Automechanika Birmingham.

The brand new lathe features an easy to use touchscreen interface for simplified probing and cutting processes, while built-in digital optimisation software means there is no need for a separate computer system to house the software. The unit offers a simple, fast and affordable solution for the repair of Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels, which gives garages and bodyshops access to a very lucrative and fast growing business opportunity.

The new lathe cuts wheels up to 28” and features automatic electronic pump lubrication, manual chuck with soft jaws, a 4 position manual tool holder and automatic spindle speed control. The intuitive multi-touch interface and automated self plotting digital probe system make operation simple while the system also features a solid state drive for secure storage of a wheel library.

Ayce Systems can provide full hands-on practical training, back-up service and remote software support with all lathes and show customers how to start maximising their returns and make the most of this excellent potential revenue stream.

You can see the new All-in-one Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Lathe on the Ayce Systems Stand at Automechanika Birmingham from June 6th to 8th. The Ayce Stand will also feature a wide range of other alloy wheel and smart repair equipment and is located at 20E82.
