Ayce System’s range of smart repair solutions equipment and alloy wheel repair equipment attracted lots of interest at Automechanika Birmingham, not least from Irish trade visitors.
Chris Needham of Ayce said that a high proportion of visitors to their stand were from Irish bodyshops and garages keen to find out about the significant business opportunities that Ayce equipment can create for any progressive motor trade business.
Star of the show was the newly launched all-in-one, CNC Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Lathe which provides a simple, fast and affordable solution for the repair of increasingly popular Diamond Cut Alloys. The new lathe features an easy to use touchscreen interface for simplified probing and cutting processes, while built-in digital optimisation software means there is no need for a separate computer system to house the software, while it can also hold a secure and comprehensive wheel library.
Ayce Systems support the new lathe with practical training, service back-up and remote software support.
Also on display at the Ayce stand were the company’s latest equipment and materials for professional smart repair, its Ding Puller repair system, and its unique Wheelrite compact spraybooth for alloy wheel finishing.
Chris Needham said, "Many bodyshops and other motor trade businesses are looking for new income streams at present and our equipment can help them unlock the huge potential that exists in the smart repair and alloy wheel repair sectors. We can also show how the equipment is affordable and can achieve a fast return on investment.”
