Jaguar Land Rover is making big plans for the future, which include a host of new models and setting up production facilities in China.
Now under the control of Indian Tata Motors, it is expected that the company’s future line-up will feature an all-new Range Rover, a new X-Type, and an XF estate. There is also expected to be a new compact roadster model aimed at competing with the Porsche Boxster.
Tata has promised a €1.2 billion investment every year for the next five years. It has been speculated that the new X-type design may be based on the RD6 Concept that Jaguar has previously put on show.
