Following the success of the recent Bodyshop Administration and Estimating Course, run by Autobiz in conjunction with Bodyshop Services, a new practical estimating course is now planned for June.

Feedback on the most recent Administration and Estimating Course was very positive, with those attending praising the content and the very useful insights it contained, especially in relation to the Glassmatix computer estimating system and also how bodyshops can interact with insurance companies, in order to maximise their job opportunities and get paid quicker.

The course was held at the AkzoNobel Training Centre in Dublin, which proved to be an excellent venue for the event. The training room allowed those attending to take in the course content in comfortable surroundings, as well as engaging in round table discussions about the important issues covered. There was also a chance for the bodyshop men there, to discuss business and exchange ideas during refreshment breaks and over lunch.

Many of those at the course expressed an interest in receiving further training on the practical side of the estimating process, and to meet this need, a new practical estimating course will be scheduled for June. This course will focus on real life estimating examples, with participants taken through the estimating process on actual damaged vehicles, with an expert instructor taking participants through the process and showing them what to look out for, to ensure an estimate is both accurate and profitable.

The final date for the new practical estimating course is still to be confirmed, however, anyone interested in attending can pre-register for more information and a priority booking by calling 091-523-292.
