Gowan Distributors Limited has announced the appointment of Boland Carlow to the Peugeot Dealer Network, headed by Dealer Principal, Gerard Boland.

The Boland Group has a long history behind the motor group giant it is today. Andrew Boland expanded his business in 1923 to include a motor hire service, to lead the company's venture into the world of automobiles. Today, ninety years later, the Boland Group is one of Ireland's leading motor retailers and is owned by members of the Boland family, 3rd generation descendants of Mr Andrew Boland.

Speaking at the signing of contracts at Gowan House, Gowan Distributors Limited Managing Director, Des Cannon said, "The appointment of Boland Carlow will undoubtedly strengthen the Peugeot brand in Carlow and will serve to increase our brand visibility and market share in Ireland. I am very pleased to welcome Gerard Boland and Willie Stevenson to the Peugeot Dealer Network and I wish them every success for the future as Main Peugeot Dealers."

Gerard Boland, commented, "We are delighted to welcome the Peugeot brand to our Carlow showrooms. The addition of the multi-award winning Peugeot range to our existing line up of brands provides even greater choice to our customers while continuing our long-standing commitment to both quality and value."

The dealership's extensive 2500 sq ft Peugeot showroom is now open for business, housing the full range of Peugeot passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, including the newly arrived Peugeot 2008. Fully trained Peugeot technical experts are on hand and a wide range of Peugeot spare parts and accessories are stocked. Opening Hours for the Dealership are 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5:30pm on a Saturday.
