CAB Motor Company, Main Ford Dealer in Ballintemple, Cork has claimed the prestigious and heavily coveted title of “Franchised Sales Operation of the Year” at the SIMI Irish Motor Industry Awards recently.

The award provides recognition of how the friendly and professional team at CAB were seen to demonstrate excellence and best practice in their category over the last 12 months by an independent judging panel. They emerged victorious at a ceremony at the Clayton Hotel in Dublin presented by RTE Sports Commentator & TV presenter Marty Morrissey. Conor Cavanagh and John Wilkins were on hand from CAB to accept the award.

The Main Ford Dealer is the largest of its kind in Munster and employs 50 full time staff. CAB Motor Co. offers the full range of new Ford cars and commercial vehicles. In addition they have a full complement of used vehicles, aftersales accessories as well as parts and servicing facilities. The company was founded in 1925 to meet the growing needs of Cork motorists and are proud of their deep roots in the local community including numerous local sponsorships and charity beneficiaries. Recently they have partnered as sponsors for College Corinthians AFC and the Cork Senior Hurling and Football teams as well as donating a brand new Ford Focus to raise funds for St Vincent de Paul for the past 4 years running.
