Capella Solutions had a whole host of new product introductions on show at Automechanika Birmingham, including a new Pro-XL Sealer range, an innovative plastics repair kit, the ProLensKit, designed to restore optical clarity to dull/faded/cloudy headlights and a brand new automated industrial paint system. This was in addition to its comprehensive range of aerosol paints, high performance finishes and wheel finishing aerosols and kits that perfectly match OE colours.

The new Pro-XL Ultra seal sealer range features three high quality products. The 1k Polyurethane offers fast and easy internal and external sealing. It is UV resistant and Capella say that unlike some sealers it has a more solid consistency and will not bubble on cure. The MS-Polymer Sealer is a safe VOC free product that has been developed to OEM standards. It offers a very fast paint over and will not shrink or bubble when cured. This is also available as MS Sprayable a high quality MS Polymer that can be easily sprayed and cures to a tough flexible coating that will not shrink.

Also attracting great interest was the Indura Colour Industrial Paint System. This is an automated paint dispensing system that can save time and boost paintshop productivity. It allows for a huge variety of colour formulations to be mixed in various finish types and in quantities ranging from bulk down to single aerosols. This allows a paintshop to offer convenience and flexibility and to target new business areas. It comes complete with a computerised measuring and dosing system and an integrated spectrophotometer. This means that an exact colour match can be formulated based on a sample and the colour automatically mixed and dispensed without waste or mess.
