Carbon Clean launched several new equipment items at Automechanika Frankfurt including its new Cc18 Engine Cleaning system and DSC-17 and DSC-20 DPF Cleaners.

The Cc18 is the latest generation of the company’s highly successful engine cleaning systems. This uses HHO technology to produce a high temperature combustion that atomises carbon deposits for effective and safe removal. The process is fast and requires no disassembly meaning a deep clean can be achieved, without the use of potentially damaging chemicals.

The DSC-17 and DSC-20 DPF Cleaning units proved especially interesting to many business owners visiting the Carbon Clean stand who were looking to capitalise on the considerable opportunities that professional DPF cleaning can present. A universal connector allows both work with various types of DPF and allow for thorough cleaning in just 20 - 30 minutes. The process is now in high demand as it offers a very significant cost saving over DPF replacement, while restoring the engine and exhaust system performance.

The larger DCS-17 is designed for DPFs from cars and light commercial vehicles, while the DSC-20 can cope with larger DPFs from trucks, tractors and marine applications.
