Accessories, lubricants and parts distributor, Carcessories launched a new range of filters over the summer from the respected German supplier SCT. The initial range has focused on air, fuel and cabin filters and is already having a big impact in the Irish market place.
Greg Lonergan, Sales Director at Carcessories says, "We have had a very positive reception from our motor factor customers since we brought in the SCT range. At first we tentatively brought in small quantities of some very popular part numbers, but these sold before we got a chance to pack them onto our shelves.” He adds, "Customers have been very keen to give SCT a try, thanks to excellent pricing, smart packaging and most of all a good quality filter in the box and sales have grown very quickly.”
Greg says that Carcessories is offering factors a wide range of special deals to introduce the range, including very attractive prices and some free bonus products with stock orders. He also says that there are some very impressive deals available for customers who take six months stock of fast moving part numbers and this has proven especially popular in recent weeks.
The introduction of SCT filters and brake pads has been a great success for Carcessories and together with exciting developments in lubricants and accessories, means the company is now looking to expand, with plans to move to larger premises and add to the sale team over the coming months.
