Cornerstone Technologies, a specialist in cosmetic repair technique training courses for the bodyshop industry, recently completed a very successful training programme in conjunction with Synergy Vehicle Refinishing Solutions Ireland.
Cornerstone specialises in plastic, medium panel and push to paint training, designed to help bodyshops to improve their profitability by increasing the scope of repair. This, in turn, helps to increase labour sales and improve cash flow as well as reduce parts spend, vehicle off road times and average repair costs.
Cornerstone have been working in partnership with Synergy for some time and the latest plastics repair course staged by the partnership attracted attendees from many leading repair centres, including, Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs, Red Abbey Motors, Hugh Boggan Motors and Tadg Riordan Motors.
Lee Caswell of Cornerstone commented, “The response has been extremely positive with the technicians approaching the training enthusiastically and returning to their respective bodyshops with renewed vigour and armed with profitable skill sets that can be applied immediately.” He adds, “We will be continuing to conduct training courses throughout the year and we welcome anyone that is looking to increase profitability through training.”
Lee says that more information on this effective training can be found on the Cornerstone website at www.cornerstonetechnologies.co.uk, where visitors can also see what bodyshops attending have said about the training.
Forthcoming courses in Ireland include; Advanced Plastic Repair (September 6th and 20th) and Advanced Panel Repair (September 7th and 21st). Advanced Aluminium Repair and Push to Paint Dent Reduction are also being held at the ITAS in Milton Keynes, UK on various dates.
