Cromax has introduced seven existing clearcoat tints for automotive OEM colours in 100ml quantities to allow bodyshops to reproduce the perfect OEM finish while reducing stock holding costs. 

The tints are used for special OEM colours such as Renault rouge flamme effect (AM55), Ford candy blue effect (AM25) and Alfa Romeo rosso competizione effect (AM725). The special tints can be used over Cromax Basecoat as well as other quality basecoats.

In order to match these specific OEM car colours only a few drops of the special tint are added to the clearcoat, so providing them in 100ml quantities is a pragmatic and innovative solution. They enable bodyshops to match the colours perfectly without holding large amounts of stock.”
