DENSO Aftermarket launches its revised website

DENSO Aftermarket’s website has received a significant update. With new content, features and visuals, the company has rethought its design to make it as intuitive and helpful to aftermarket professionals as is possible.

As a leading supplier of original equipment components to the independent sector, one of the most important  elements of the DENSO Aftermarket website is the e-catalogue. As a result, to make it easier for users to find the right parts quickly, particularly when undertaking complex searches, it has been thoroughly revamped to make it more user-friendly and more intuitive.

The new website platform also incorporates live data, allowing the Where2buy to pull through up-to-the-minute information on DENSO distributors, for example. In addition, depending on their profile, users – whether distributors, workshops or individuals can log in and access exclusive information.

The site is also highly integrated with DENSO Europe’s other web services, such as its e-learning programme that incorporates training modules and the League of True Mechanics competition, its i-claim warranty platform and e-commerce website. As a result, the site has much more of an interactive, multimedia feel than previously. This is on top of a suite of content changes to product and category pages, and a new set of visuals.

“Designing this new website was about much more than aesthetics or bug-fixing,” explained DENSO Europe, Pan European Strategic Marketing Manager, Fatiha Laauich, “It was about putting the needs of our customers and partners first. By making the key services easier to use, making smarter use of data and automating certain popular functions, has allowed visitors to get to the information they need much quicker, which has ultimately given them a better user experience.”

Fatiha adds, “Experience is what we prioritise throughout all DENSO Aftermarket Europe’s operations. That certainly extends to our website and we are now proud to have a modern, interactive website that doesn’t just look better, but supports our valued customers much more effectively, too.”
