Induction heating tools are changing the way people work, not just in the automotive industry, but also in sectors such as vehicle dismantling, marine, construction, aerospace and agriculture. Leading the way across all of these industries is Induction Innovations with its innovative range of induction heating tools.

Users quickly realise that Invisible Heat provides greater control over the repair process and reduces the risk of injuries and collateral damage to surrounding areas. Induction heat generates high-frequency magnetic fields that can travel through certain materials like glass, plastic or any non-metallic material. Heat is transferred to the product via electromagnetic waves and the part never comes in direct contact with any flame.

The Inductor Pro-MAX CE utilises induction heat to remove all types of adhesives bonded to metal. This process releases seized or rusted hardware from corrosion or thread lock compounds without the danger associated with open flames.

The Pro-Max CE is a high-performance induction heating system. It reduces labour time by up to 75% and allows the user to save or re-use parts normally discarded. It also reduces the need for harmful toxic solvents. The Pro-Max CE can be used to remove windscreen glass, bedliners, door dings, graphics, nuts, bolts and much more.

The Pro-Max features a 220V/20A circuit power line with maximum output of 2000 watts. It has audio and visual power indicators, fine tuning linear power control, a pneumatic foot switch and storage for attachments.

The Pro-MAX CE comes with the U-series Concentrator which helps remove minor dents and seam sealers in just minutes, leaving a clean surface and spot welds intact. The U-Series Glass Blaster removes bonded glass, SMC panels and spray-on bedliners. Windscreens can be removed in 15 minutes and bedliners in a few hours. The U-Series Fast-Off Pad helps remove graphics and body side moldings. Also included are two L-wedges and an operating manual.
