Mayo footballer, Diarmuid O’Connor, has been appointed Peugeot Brand Ambassador and presented with a new Peugeot 308 hatchback by The Burke Family , Mayo’s Main Peugeot Dealers, JJ Burke Car Sales Ballinrobe.

The 21-year old highly-driven Ballintubber Club member has appeared 17 times for his county, including eight championship appearances, since his senior county debut in May 2014. He has a 2013 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship title under his belt and a 2014 Mayo Senior County title, playing alongside his three brothers. Aptly crowned 2015 Young Footballer of the Year, the Mayo football starlet regularly draws admiration from fans, both in Mayo and outside the county.
