This now annual event has become a vital date in the diary of the local motor industry. Thousands of visitors joined the Motor Dealers of Drogheda and other exhibitors, including CarMedic and SolarCare, over the weekend, for what is described as a ‘wonderful occasion’ for Southgate, the local motor trade and Drogheda.
“The visitor numbers have been excellent this year and we have no doubt they will continue to grow. It is a wonderful occasion for Drogheda”, said Jack Doran of Jack Doran Motors. He added, “It is a great tribute to the motor traders of Drogheda that 9 main dealers can come together in tandem to organise such an excellent event. It augurs well for the 200 or so staff employed in local main dealerships that the event should be so successful”.
