ELTA Automotive made a big impact at Automechanika Birmingham showing its new VISIONPRO and VXPRO brands to the trade for the first time. The company, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, was very much looking to the future and keen to show visitors how its products can play a key role in a fast changing aftermarket. ELTA says reaction to the new brands has been extremely positive since they were previewed in April and the new corporate image certainly turned heads at the show.

The VISIONPRO brand concentrates on driving vision related products and includes bulbs, mirrors, warning and safety lighting and wiper blades. With regard to lighting the comprehensive range includes standard, halogen, upgrade bulbs and HID configurations and 6, 12 and 24-volt variants covering cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles. VISIONPRO wiper blades cater for all conventional, flat and hybrid blade needs. It also includes a comprehensive range of rear blades. All blades are designed for easy fitting and to offer exceptional performance and long service life.

The VISIONPRO product line-up also includes replacement mirror glass, replacement mirror units, covers and indicators as well as warning beacons and safety lighting.

The second new brand is VXPRO which has been developed to meet user needs in the fast growing vehicle sensor and control electronics sector. It includes engine management, ignition, drive, fuelling and vehicle control components, with all items offering original equipment matching performance at competitive prices and an extended product warranty.

The VXPRO range also features QR codes on the packaging, enabling installers to access a quick link to product specific fitting and technical advice, without having to open the box.

The comprehensive sensor range includes: air mass meters, EGR valves, cam/crank sensors, lambda sensors, throttle bodies, throttle potentiometers, knock sensors, exhaust gas temperature sensors, idle air control valves, MAP sensors, oil level sensors and temperature switches. Also available are fuelling components, including fuel pumps, ignition coils, HT leads, ABS sensors, brake wear sensors, power steering sensors, parking sensors, heater control valves and a wide selection of window lift regulators.

Both brands draw on the experience and expertise of ELTA but offer a fresh new consistent brand image with high quality, well priced, products available from a single source. They are also fully supported through a number of unique programmes, including technical assistance and training, comprehensive and high accurate digital and printed cataloguing and marketing and point of sale tools. Many of these support services can be access through a new ELTA website where brand, product and technical information can be easily located.
