Following the success of his seminars at the Autoinform Live event in Dublin, ‘The Garage Inspector', Andy Savva will be returning to Ireland in September to deliver a two day specialist Garage course entitled -  Financial Understanding & Marketing Essentials. 

Andy has a wealth of automotive aftermarket experience, having developed and operated several highly successful garage businesses and more recently worked as a garage consultant and aftermarket trainer. His courses are always extremely well received by Irish garage owners and managers, containing lots of practical information and techniques that can be immediately applied to make a garage business more successful.  

Financial Understanding & Marketing Essentials is a two day course. Day one covers garage finance and will allow attendees to interpret the 2-key financial statements, understand key performance indicators and the critical nature of labour and recovery rates. 

Day two covers marketing essentials for the garage business including the marketing 4 Ps, the impact of the marketing mix and the development of a customer centred approach. 

The course takes place on Saturday September 24th and Sunday 25th at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Naas Road, Dublin. Course fees include all support materials and lunch and refreshments.
