First Line has introduced a fresh new look for its website www.firstlineltd.com to reflect the changing face of the organisation.

Specifically designed to help users get the most from their visit, the site has a contemporary new style, while still retaining some familiarity with the previous version. Core to the project has been the aim to ensure easier site navigation and allow greater usability for customers and potential customers wishing to find out more about the company and its products. In addition, the design incorporates an interactive format, which means it also works equally well through both smart phones and tablets.

The new site features the three First Line brands, First Line, Borg & Beck and Keyparts. Users can also access these brands directly through their own separate web portals which incorporate the company’s renowned Webcat parts catalogue, which provides product detail, specification and illustration.

Users can search both car and light commercial applications for numerous vehicle marques and once a specific product group is identified, the individual parts can be viewed with the aid of images to ensure the correct part is located. Another very useful feature is the cross-reference function, which allows users to search for parts using competitor references.
