Flexible approach a winner for Dyson

Flexibility is one of the keys to success in the current business-operating environment. It is something that specialist bodybuilder the Roger Dyson Group, is always keen to provide for its customers. Based in the UK county of Surrey, long standing Dyson customer Car Recovery, has taken full advantage of this in acquiring two new Dyson Hydraloaders.

Managing Director of Car Recovery Chris Medcalf, knew he wanted Dyson quality, but did not want to go to the expense of buying two new chassis. The solution was for Chris to source two second-hand chassis and have his team strip them down. They were then sent up to the Dyson factory in Droitwich, to be transformed into immaculate Hydraloader HR3000 La (Low approach) steel slidebeds with independent second vehicle lifts. By taking this approach Chris says he was able to make big savings on the overall cost and still add two state of the art recovery vehicles to his fleet.

A third unit is also in the pipeline, a Hydraloader HR5000 SLa (Super-Low approach). This will be covered and used for collecting and delivering cars, with its super low capability particularly useful for the many ground-hugging sports cars, that speed around Surrey’s leafy lanes.
