An Irish retailer was awarded with the top honour at Toyota's 'Ichiban' European Customer Satisfaction Award during a ceremony followed by the Ichiban gala dinner held in Berlin.

Grange Motors from Mullingar, Co Westmeath was recognised for their exceptional performance in customer satisfaction in both Sales and After Sales. The award was presented to the winner
Paul Coleman, Dealer Principal of Grange Motors by Didier Leroy, President & CEO
of Toyota Motors Europe. This is the third occasion that Grange Motors has won
the prestigious award

Approximately 2,600 European retailers were evaluated with 41 retailers achieving this distinct recognition by Toyota in Europe.

Commenting at the awards David Shannon, Managing Director of Toyota Ireland said, “I wish to add my own congratulations to Grange Motors on winning the Ichiban award, and doing so for the third time makes the achievement all the more remarkable. At Toyota Ireland our intention and that of our Dealer Network is to always put customer satisfaction at the centre of everything we do.”
