With the relationship between the NCT and Independent garages so vital, Autobiz would like to get a better understanding of how this is working at present and what improvements could be made. In particular, we would like your feedback on the following:

-    What problems do you experience with the NCT system?

-    Are there improvements that you feel could be made to the testing system?

-    Have recent CHANGES to the test caused any issues for your garage?

-    How do you feel the NCT system compares to the CVRT system?
